Bug Reports
Include the page or screen, steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, screenshot or recording, app version, device model, operating system, and time of the issue.
Multiplayer Help
For room, matchmaking, reconnect, draw, resign, timeout, or chat issues, send the room code, both usernames, approximate time, and whether you used web, Android, or iOS.
AI Help
For AI or analysis issues, include the position, difficulty level, side to move, move history, and whether fallback behavior appeared.
Puzzle Help
For puzzle problems, include the puzzle ID if visible, FEN or screenshot, move played, backend response if shown, and whether it involved daily puzzle, next puzzle, hint, or submit.
Account Recovery
Use password reset first. If email verification, password reset, or login still fails, email from the account address so support can verify ownership.
Payment Questions
For supporter or premium issues, include plan, payment method, transaction/reference ID, payment date, and account email. Do not send full card numbers or banking passwords.
FAQ And Response Expectations
Security, account recovery, payment, and deletion requests are prioritized. Response time may vary during launches, weekends, or high-traffic periods.
