These terms govern your use of ChessPlay web, mobile, multiplayer, AI practice, puzzles, profiles, social features, and supporter experiences.

Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for your login credentials, account activity, and accurate account information. Do not share, sell, transfer, or impersonate accounts.
Fair Play And Anti-Cheat
Do not manipulate results, intentionally disconnect to avoid losses, abuse multiple accounts, exploit move validation bugs, or use unauthorized external assistance in competitive multiplayer games.
Multiplayer And Social Conduct
Be respectful in rooms, chat, private messages, and community areas. Hate speech, threats, harassment, spam, scams, doxxing, abusive behavior, or sexual content can lead to restrictions or termination.
Puzzles, AI, And Training
Puzzles, AI practice, hints, openings, analysis, and coaching are training tools and may be limited, adjusted, unavailable, or inaccurate during updates.
Premium And Supporter Terms
Supporter or premium features may include badges, themes, ad removal where enabled, puzzle or analysis limits, and early access. Supporter status never affects ratings, matchmaking fairness, or game outcomes. Manual payments may require verification.
Termination Rights
ChessPlay may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, fraud, abusive conduct, or harmful use. You may stop using ChessPlay or request deletion at any time.
Limitation Of Liability
ChessPlay is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ChessPlay is not liable for indirect damages, lost games, rating changes, outages, lost data, or third-party service failures.
